Title - Getting to Know You Found Poetry
Contributor - Kristen Craig
Essential Reading Element - Poetry and Parental Involvement
Objective(s) - Student will write and present a found poem about themselves taken from family writings about the student.
Procedure - Family members will write a few sentences about the student. Once compiled, the student will pick and choose phrases that represent them. The student will read their new found poem to the class as a getting to know you exercise.
